Q: How can I order an item that is out of stock?

A: You can pre-order the item. Please keep in mind that pre-order's may take 30+ days to be fulfilled.


Q: Are you glasses made with crystals?

A: No, however a selected amount of our glasses are customized with crystals on the third eye lens


Q: How can I return an item?

A: If there are any issues with your item(s), please email us: customerservice@powerpeaces.com. 


Q: How long does shipping take?

A: All orders take 3-5 business days to process. Once your order is shipped it will take an additional 2-7 days for domestic items to arrive. International shipping will take up to 3+ weeks.


Q: Who do I contact if my package never arrived?

A: If your package says it was delivered and you never received it, please file a claim with USPS here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged packages.


Q: My order has been in transit over the shipping time frame. Where can I get more details?

A: Please keep in mind that there may be a delay in shipping your item(s) due to COVID-19. If your package says it is in transit, please wait for the package to be delivered before reaching to to USPS. We are not responsible for delayed shipments.


Q: How do I know what size ring I wear?

A: You can measure your finger with string (this can also be done with tape, floss or a strip of paper). Wrap the string around your finger. Measure that piece of string in cm then refer to our ring chart. Subscribe to our YouTube channel for a video coming soon.


Q: Is your jewelry real gold?

A: We are able to keep our prices affordable by maintaining gold plated, brass and stainless steel jewelry.


Q: I need a size that isn't on the website. How can I get my size?

A: Send a request to customerservice@powerpeaces.com with special request in the subject line. We'll be happy to add your size to our incoming inventory


Q: I sent an email to your company and haven't received a reply. How long will it take to get a response

A: Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Normal response time is 2-4 business days.
